A new year means lots of new televisions and movies on the horizon! I don't know about you, but I am basically counting down the days until Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness hits the big screen. Even if Marvel isn't your thing, there are plenty of hits to watch out for this year, both on the big and small screen. Check out the list below and get excited for some awesome family movie nights ahead!
You know a movie is going to be good when you see the little lamp hopping across the screen to find its place in the Pixar logo. (Side note — did you know the lamp actually has a name of its own? It's Luxo Jr., in case you were wondering.) Turning Red is the latest animated film by Pixar, and I have a small feeling it will quickly become your new favorite animated movie — okay, second favorite as we all know that crown is never coming off Frozen. The animated tale follows Mei, a 13-year-old Chinese-Canadian girl who is in the thick of her adolescence. Everything and everyone around her seems to be changing, but Mei is experiencing it like no other. For some reason, when she gets too excited or stressed she turns into a giant red panda. Totally relatable, right? Tune into Disney+ to see how Mei figures this one out!
