What’s a recipe adventure? Well, it’s one part cooking class where you’ll learn to make a lovely fresh salsa that’s perfect for family get-togethers this summer, but it’s also a fun virtual adventure complete with riddles, games, and of course, runaway tomatoes.

Dice your tomato into small to medium-sized pieces.
Cut the red onion into quarters and then into eighths. You will end up with eight wedges.
Dice an eighth of your red onion into small pieces.
Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit and skin, then dice into medium-sized pieces.
Peel and pit mango. Then, placing the flat side on the table, dice into small pieces.
After each ingredient is prepped and cut, add them all to a bowl.
Add salt and squeeze juice from a whole lime over the bowl.
Roughly chop the cilantro, then sprinkle on top.
Give it all a good stir and enjoy with Kroger® Restaurant Style White Tortilla Chips!
