1. Drain and rinse the garbanzo beans. Add to a food processor along with half the lemon juice, all the tahini, salt, black pepper, cumin, and garlic powder and half the water.

2. Turn on the food processor and slowly pour in the olive oil through the top hole. Turn off the processor and scrape down the sides of the bowl. Season to taste. If the hummus is too thick for your liking, add half the remaining water. Process again until smooth.

3. Spread the hummus on a small plate and place the broccoli and carrots to the sides of the plate, like trees, leaving room in the middle for a walking path. Use pita chips as “stepping stones” in your veggie forest.
