Are you team purple monster or green monster? Either way, these smoothies will be a treat for kids and adults alike. Not many people enjoy eating raw spinach, but blending a serving into a smoothie is a great way to get all the benefits with virtually none of the taste. This recipe makes so much that you can serve one cup to your kiddo right away and freeze the rest into ice cube trays for later. All you’ll have to do when it’s time for a smoothie is pop a few frozen cubes in a blender, add a splash of liquid (either milk or juice), and enjoy!
