  • All guests aged 2 and older need tickets, including adults.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes before your reservation time.

  • If you require sensory accommodations please check in with a Counselor upon arrival

This is a 1 hour experience. We ask that ticket holders arrive 15 minutes before their time slot so that we can accommodate everyone’s reservations on time. We don’t want your kids to miss out on any fun surprises during the experience!

One day each month, The PAW Patrol™ Experience at CAMP show will operate as a sensory friendly experience. During these hours, lighting and sound levels are reduced, the ratio of staff to CAMPers is increased, and games are thoughtfully adapted to support a wide range of sensory needs.

If you have sensitivities that need assistance on any other day or time, please speak to a Counselor and we'll always do our best to accommodate.

Sensory Friendly The PAW Patrol™ Experience at CAMP is not a drop-off experience. Children must be accompanied by an adult to participate and everyone ages 2 and up who enters the experience must have a ticket.

A special thanks to the occupational therapists at PlaySpace Pediatrics for helping CAMP inform this program.

What ages will enjoy The PAW Patrol™ Experience: Only at CAMP the most?

We find that 3- to 7-year-olds (and their grown-ups!) really love it — if your kid likes PAW Patrol, they’ll like this!

Do you offer birthday parties?

Absolutely! Visit https://camp.com/celebrate to learn more about birthday parties, corporate events, and more!

Do I have to make a reservation, or can I buy tickets at the door?

You can buy tickets in person at CAMP, but our ticketed experiences frequently sell out — especially on weekends and holidays! We encourage buying tickets online to ensure availability.

If you've got friends looking for something fun to do or who want to tag along, reach out to our customer support team, and we'll do our best to get you in the same group.

Do I have to buy a ticket if I am not participating?

Everyone ages 2 and up who enters the experience must have a ticket.

Can I add someone to my reservation after I’ve booked my ticket?

While we can't add a ticket to an existing reservation, we encourage you to purchase additional tickets if tickets are available.

What if I have a large group or party?

CAMP currently does not offer group discounts, however, we do offer party packages. For more info on CAMP Celebrations, visit camp.com/celebrate.

What if I’m late? Can I still enter the experience?

If you arrive late, we will do our best to get you in as quickly as possible. However, there may be a prolonged wait.

If we are sold out or have no available time slots, we can still admit you up to 5 minutes after your entry time, though you may not experience the full length of the experience.

We strongly advise arriving 10-15 minutes early, and choosing a time that suits you and your family.

Can I reschedule or change my ticket?

If you need to reschedule or change your reservation, please use the link in your ticket confirmation email at least 2 hours before your reservation, and you will be able to modify your tickets for a small fee.

Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund?

Tickets are non-refundable. However, tickets can be rescheduled up to 2 hours before your reservation. Please use the link in your ticket confirmation email to reschedule your tickets for a small fee.

Can I get reimbursed for the unused ticket if someone cannot make it?

If someone cannot attend, please click here to reschedule your visit up to 2 hours before your reservation for a small fee. We do not provide refunds or reschedule unused tickets.

Is the experience wheelchair accessible?

Yes.

Is there stroller parking, or is this experience accessible by stroller?

We strongly advise leaving strollers at home or in the car. We have limited stroller parking available on site and do not encourage strollers in the experience. Baby carriers are highly recommended!

My child has sensory sensitivities or autism. How can you accommodate their needs?

CAMP is happy to offer headphones and sunglasses for light and sound sensitivities. For additional sensory issues, please email hi@camp.com and we will do our best to accommodate.

Will there be any loud or flashing lights in the experience?

Yes, the experience contains flashing lights and sounds.

Will I meet PAW Patrol characters?

The PAW Patrol™ Experience does not include a character meet and greet, but don’t worry. There’s plenty of PAW-themed fun for your family at this experience. You’ll train to become honorary members of the PAW Patrol™ in a series of environments, activities, and obstacle courses. You’ll run, jump, laugh, and play to save Adventure Bay!
