Shipping Policy
We deliver to all 50 states, P.O. boxes and military addresses (APO/FPO). Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the delivery location and shipping method selected during check out. We offer the following shipping methods, and our processing times vary depending on where you’re shopping!
Standard: Delivers in 2 - 5 business days
Express: Delivers in 1 - 2 business days
Order processing time:
CAMP.com Shop: 1 business day
KidShop: 2 - 3 business days
Gift Game: 2 - 3 weeks
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Once your order is placed, we are unable to upgrade your shipping selection or change your shipping address.
Returns Policy
At CAMP, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
We accept returns of merchandise in its original packaging in unworn condition within 30 days following the original purchase date if proof of purchase is provided.
Please reach out to hi@camp.com if you’d like to process a return or exchange. CAMP will provide you with a prepaid shipping label for use in sending back your return.
Ticket Rescheduling & Cancellation
If you need to reschedule or change your reservation, please contact us at hi@camp.com and we would be happy to help modify your tickets.
You can get a full refund up to 48 hours prior to your timed ticket slot. Cancel your reservation by logging into your account on camp.com, or by emailing hi@camp.com. Your refund should be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
