CAMP’s Monthly Pass (“Pass”) benefits are activated upon Pass purchase and will be made available to Pass holder (“Member”) for 1 month from the original purchase date. Pass will auto-renew and customer will be charged no more than the original purchase amount for continuation of benefits on a monthly basis. To opt-out of auto-renew, Member can visit their membership page, linked to in their order receipt email, at any time and select the option to either “pause” or “cancel” their Pass. Pass purchases and renewals are non-refundable.
Member will receive a single reminder email 15 days before their Pass is set to renew with a link to pause or cancel their Pass.
If Member chooses to pause their Pass, their benefits will still be available through the end of the current one month subscription period and they will not be charged again until their Pass is resumed.
If Member chooses to cancel their Pass, their benefits will still be available through the end of the current one month subscription period. Canceled Passes cannot be resumed- to reactivate their Pass after their subscription period expires they will need to purchase a new Pass at the current price.
Passes are tied to a single email address and are not transferable.
A Pass provides free entry to any CAMP show occurring on any weekday (Monday to Friday). No pre-registration is required for Pass holders. Passes are subject to the following rules and exclusions:
Each active Pass provides free entry for three people (adult or child) to a qualifying showtime. Additional guests without a Pass in a group may either buy a ticket on camp.com or at the store (subject to capacity/availability) or purchase their own Pass on camp.com before arrival.
Passes may only be used for scheduled showtimes on camp.com. We do not guarantee that every weekday will have showtimes scheduled. Please check camp.com to see schedules for each show. If a store location offers no weekday showtimes for longer than five consecutive weekdays, the Pass may be used for a free weekday craft (up to $30 in retail value) instead of show entry, one time per day, at the store location, following the initial 5 weekday no showtime period, until a weekday showtime is scheduled.
Passes may not be used on weekdays at store locations located in a metro area where and when public schools are closed. Holiday blackout dates for 2025 are available here.
Each Pass can be redeemed for a ticket by sharing the email address associated with the Pass with a Counselor upon arrival at the CAMP store.
Passes are available for purchase on camp.com only, and are not available for purchase in-store. CAMP reserves the right to choose not to offer Pass renewal, or change the terms of the Pass, after the initial 1 month period for any reason.
