CAMP Annual Membership benefits are activated upon membership item purchase and will be made available to membership holder (“Member”) for 1 year from the original purchase date. Membership will auto-renew and customer will be charged no more than the original purchase amount for continuation of benefits on a yearly basis. To opt-out of auto-renew, Member can visit their membership page, linked to in their order receipt email, at any time and select the option to either “pause” or “cancel” their membership. Membership purchases and renewals are non-refundable.
Member will receive a single reminder email 45 days before their membership is set to renew with a link to pause or cancel their membership.
If Member chooses to pause their membership, their benefits will still be available through the end of the current one year subscription period and they will not be charged again until their membership is resumed.
If Member chooses to cancel their membership, their benefits will still be available through the end of the current one year subscription period. Canceled memberships cannot be resumed- to reactivate their membership after their subscription period expires they will need to purchase a new membership at the current membership price.
Membership is tied to a single email address and is not transferable. CAMP’s Annual Membership includes the following benefits:
(1) Free standard shipping on all orders on camp.com where standard shipping is available. Free shipping will be automatically applied to eligible orders upon login and verification of Member status. Free shipping will also be applied to the order in which membership is initially purchased. See CAMP’s shipping policies here.
(2) 15% off all qualifying merchandise in-store or online at camp.com. Discount does not apply to tickets, celebrations, gift wrap, bag fees, gift cards, or activity add-ons. Discount does not apply to products from all brands, and excluded brands are subject to change at any time. You may obtain a list of excluded brands by contacting customer service at hi@camp.com. Discount cannot be combined with other promotions. Discount will automatically be applied at checkout for eligible orders upon login and verification of Member status on camp.com, or upon Counselor verification of membership status in-store using member’s email address. The transaction in which membership is purchased is eligible for this discount subject to the same individual product eligibility restrictions.
(3) Waived reschedule fees for CAMP show reservations up to 2 hours before reservation start date and time. Original booking date must fall within the membership period to be eligible. Reservation must be made using the email address for which the membership is active to be eligible for waived reschedule fees. This benefit will be automatically activated for eligible transactions. To redeem this benefit, Member must navigate to their My Reservation page (available through their ticket delivery email) for any reservation made during their membership period and select “Reschedule My Reservation”.
(4) Member’s 4th ticket is free on any single CAMP show reservation originally purchased during the membership period. Member receives one free ticket only when Member selects 4 or more tickets in a single eligible reservation. Free ticket will always be applied to the ticket type with the lowest value. Free ticket will be automatically reflected at checkout for signed-in members or those purchasing a membership. Free ticket will not be available if Member purchases 4 or more tickets across more than one reservation. Free ticket applies to show tickets only, and does not apply to in-store crafting, show add-ons, special events and partner activations.Ticketed events not eligible for this discount include in-store crafting, special events and partner activations. Free tickets cannot be transferred, exchanged, or refunded.
Annual memberships are available for purchase on camp.com only, and are not available for purchase in-store. CAMP reserves the right to choose not to offer membership renewal, or change the terms of membership, after the initial membership period for any reason.
