Why did CAMP have this sale?

Like many other small businesses and startups, we were caught up in the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank. We launched the BANKRUN / ILOVECAMP sale to help us build some operating capital. Fortunately, the Fed stepped in and ensured that we were made whole!

Will CAMP make it?

Yes! Thanks to the outpouring of support and the Fed, we were able to stay afloat!

Is the sale still running?

Thankfully, we’re financially stable and have ended the promotion as of March 12, 2023. 

When will my order from this promotion ship?

The number of orders we've had is unprecedented, and our small business is working around the clock to ship orders. We are confident all orders will be shipped by the end of April. You will receive tracking information as soon as the order ships.

Can I make adjustments to my order?

If the order hasn’t shipped, we can help by removing items, updating shipping addresses, or canceling orders. We are not able to add items to an existing order. Contact us at hi@camp.com for help and include your order number!

Why was I charged shipping on this order?

While we were happy to offer a 40% discount, CAMP was not able to offer free shipping during the sale.

Can I pick up my order in a store?

Due to issues of stock, we’re not able to support picking up these orders in store. 

Can I return something from my order?

Items purchased during this promotion are denoted as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

What if CAMP cancelled part or my entire order due to it being out of stock?

You will receive a full refund for cancelled orders in 5-7 business days and email confirmation of what was cancelled and the total refund.
