Join us at CAMP for weekly crafting and play time designed especially for children ages 3 and up who have sensory sensitivity, autism, or sensory processing differences.
We understand that our small friends with sensory needs may sometimes find the rowdy atmosphere at CAMP to be … well … kind of a lot! That’s why we are so excited to offer weekly sensory-friendly play time for Campers who may need a bit more time, space, and focus to enjoy their time at CAMP.
At our hour-long weekly sensory-friendly programs, trained, warm, and enthusiastic CAMP Counselors will welcome families to explore CAMP! Low music, lowered capacity, and friendly lighting create an inviting and accessible environment. Sunglasses, earmuffs, and other sensory tools and props will be available, as well as a comfortable Cozy Cabin space where families can rest and reset whenever they like.
Craft activities including DIY sensory toys, fidgets, and slime provide opportunities for creativity and self-expression, and kiddos can take their creations home to extend the fun!
