OVERVIEW: The Promotion consists of a limited time, limited quantity offer and a sweepstakes (“Promotion”). There is a limited quantity of Bundles, available only while supplies last. Quantities may vary by location. The first eligible Participants to register at Sponsor’s Website (as provided herein) for an available Bundle may pick up their Bundle by visiting the participating CAMP store location tied to entrant’s registration during Bundle Pick Up (defined below). SWEEPSTAKES: One (1) Bundle will be randomly seeded with a grand prize opportunity (“GP Bundle”), which must be claimed, during the time specified, by an eligible registered Participant in accordance with these Official Rules and the prize claim notice (“Prize Claim Notice”) hidden inside the Bundle (“Sweepstakes”). Once Sponsor has confirmed that the GP Bundle has been legitimately claimed, the Sweepstakes terminates and is no longer offered as part of the Promotion; however, offer Bundles may still be available while supplies last. In the event the GP Bundle is not legitimately claimed as provided herein, or the potential winner is disqualified for any reason prior to prize award, Sponsor may conduct a second-chance random drawing from among all eligible registered Participants to award the grand prize, subject to verification and eligibility (“Second-Chance Drawing”).
ELIGIBILITY: CAMP x Walgreens: The Ultimate Beach Day Giveaway (the “Promotion” or “Sweepstakes”) is offered only in the forty-eight (48) United States to legal U.S. residents, 18 or older who is a parent, responsible party or legal guardian of a minor child between the age of 3-12 years old at time of prize award (eligible “Participants”). Employees, officers, directors of Camp NYC, Inc. (“Sponsor”), Walgreen National Corporation (“Promotion Partner”), their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated companies, agents, contractors, advertising/promotion agencies, and individuals/entities engaged or involved in the development, production, or distribution of materials for, execution or implementation of the Promotion (all collectively the “Promotion Entities”), and the immediate family members (spouse (including domestic partners), siblings, children and parents including foster and step-relations) or those living in their same household (whether or not related) of the aforementioned parties are not eligible to enter or win a prize.
By entering, each Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules, the information provided by Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, the Sponsor’s and Promotion Partner’s Privacy Policy, and the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding with respect to all matters pertaining to this Promotion.
PROMOTION PERIODS: Sweepstakes starts about 12:00 am Pacific Time (“PT”) on or about July 20, 2022, and ends 10:00 PT on August 9, 2022, OR when the GP Bundle is legitimately claimed, whichever is sooner (“Sweepstakes Period”). Offer starts about 12:00 am PT on or about July 20, 2022, and ends 10:00 PT on August 9, 2022, OR when all quantities of Bundles are expended, whichever is sooner (“Offer Period”). Once Sponsor has confirmed that the GP Bundle has been legitimately claimed, thereafter eligible individuals may still register for available Bundles, if any at a participating location, but the Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion will be terminated. Bundles may be picked up only by the registered eligible Participant in person, at the participating CAMP store at which they registered during store hours between August 5, 2022 – August 9, 2022 (“Bundle Pick Up”). All time referenced herein is Pacific Time or local store hours as applicable. Participants are solely responsible for determining the correct time zone in their respective jurisdictions; Promotion Entities disclaim all liability or responsibility relating thereto.
TO PARTICIPATE: During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible Participants register for a Bundle by visiting https://camp.com/walgreens (the “Website”), accurately completing the offer registration form in full (name, address, email, phone number, age) and agreeing to these Official Rules (“Entry”). Limit one (1) registration per person/Household. Once registered a QR Code will be received. Eligible Participants may claim Bundle, only while supplies last, by visiting a participating Camp store location during Bundle Pick Up and showing their QR Code and official U.S. government issued ID (or their email address and ID to verify registration). Bundles will not be provided unless an eligible Entrant has properly registered on the Website and appears in person with verifiable QR code (or email) and ID. Bundles will be provided only subject to verification and compliance. If store associate is unable in his/her reasonable discretion to verify eligibility and compliance of requesting Entrant, or reasonably suspects an individual has made repeated claims, is otherwise not eligible or compliant, or in the event an individual is defamatory, rude, harassing, obnoxious or otherwise acting in an unsportsmanlike, disruptive or offensive manner (as determined by the store associate), Sponsor reserves the absolute right to refuse them a Bundle, or to require immediate return of the Bundle if applicable. Limit one (1) Bundle per person/household during the entire Promotion Period. ONCE A BUNDLE IS RECEIVED, SPONSOR RECOMMENDS RECIPIENT IMMEDIATELY CHECK TO SEE IF IT IS THE GP BUNDLE AND IF SO, IMMEDIATELY FOLLOW THE PRIZE CLAIM NOTICE INSTRUCTIONS; SPONSOR ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY AND SHALL BE HELD HARMLESS IF GP BUNDLE IS PROVIDED, BUT PRIZE IS NOT TIMELY, LEGITIMATELY OR PROPERLY CLAIMED AS PROVIDED WITHIN THE PROMOTION PERIOD. IN SUCH EVENT THE PRIZE WILL BE FORFEITED IN ITS ENTIRETY AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE SECOND-CHANCE DRAWING.
Failure to follow all steps will void Entry. Entries must be complete, compliant, submitted via the method communicated, and received by Sponsor within the Promotion Period. Promotion may be advertised via Instagram, Facebook or other Social Media platform (referenced as “Social Media Platform”); however, Entries will only be accepted on the Website by the method/activities specified herein. Sponsor has the right to verify Participants’ eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules and, on the basis of its investigation, to disqualify any Entry/Participant at any time and require immediate prize return if applicable. Entries may only be submitted by a single registered account user; group or commercial submissions are not permissible. Multiple Participants are not permitted to share the same device, social media account, IP or email address. Participants may not (whether apparent or suspected) enter through a sweepstakes club or exchange sites (or similar method, whether paid or not), with multiple or false identities, accounts, or devices, or use multiple e-mail and/or street addresses, or use any other device or artifice to enter or participate. Engaging directly or indirectly in any (apparent or suspected) artifice, cheating, fraud, spamming, phishing, on-line sweepstakes clubs (or similar methods), exchange sites (whether or not paid), robotic, automatic, macro, programmed or like participation methods as determined in Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion, will void all such Entries, and disqualify any entrant suspected of using/benefiting directly or indirectly from such methods. If an Entry or any part thereof, for any reason appears unpleasant, distasteful, nasty or otherwise inappropriate for the Sponsor community or are not in the family-friendly spirit of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify Entry/Participant and remove any such Entry. Promotion Entities assume no responsibility and shall be indemnified and released for any lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, non-compliant, illegible, delayed, destroyed, damaged, not received, undelivered, multiple, duplicative, or misdirected Entries and/or prize claims (in whole or in part). Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof that you registered does not constitute proof or evidence that you are entitled to receive a Bundle, or eligible for this Promotion.

ODDS/SECOND CHANCE DRAWING & ODDS: Odds of winning the GP Bundle are 1:1300. In the event the GP Bundle is not claimed as provided herein within the Promotion Period, one (1) potential grand prize winner will be selected in a second-chance random drawing conducted by Sponsor (or its authorized representative) on or approx. ten (10) business days after the end of the Promotion Period from among all eligible Participants who registered during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible registered Participants during the entire Promotion Period.
The GP Bundle Prize Claim Notice will contain a one-time, unique code (“Code”). During the Promotion Period, the eligible registered Participant who receives the GP Bundle with the Code inside will be required to follow the instructions in the Prize Claim Notice by emailing walgreens@camp.com and providing the exact Code, the email address used to register and the store location where the GP Bundle was claimed (or prize will be forfeited). REGARDLESS OF RECEIPT OF GP BUNDLE, PRIZE CLAIM NOTICE AND/OR CODE-- YOU HAVE NOT YET WON; prize award is subject to verification and compliance, including but not limited to providing the exact matching Code, and execution and return within the time specified by Sponsor of release documents, or prize will be forfeited. If entrant or potential winner fails to timely provide the Code, fails to timely claim the prize, declines or refuses the prize for any reason, fails to follow the instructions on or within the time specified by Sponsor in Prize Claim Notice or any communication, is non-compliant, or is found to be ineligible, they will forfeit the prize and an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected in Sponsor’s sole discretion, by a second-chance drawing as provided herein.
Once notified, potential winner of the second-chance drawing, if any, will not be notified again. Promotion Entities shall have no liability for any prize/winner notification that is ignored, intercepted, not received, not delivered, misdirected as spam/junk, not timely acted upon, lost, stolen, misplaced, damaged or destroyed, or otherwise not responded to by a potential winner for any reason whatsoever, and the prize will be forfeited. After one (1) additional unsuccessful attempt to award the prize in this manner, the prize will remain unawarded. Prize or prize notifications that are unawarded, unclaimed, undelivered, misdelivered (including into spam or junk folders), refused, or returned will not be re-awarded.
Potential winner will be required to sign, have witnessed and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) within the time specified by Sponsor, or else prize will be forfeited. Winner’s guest(s) (or if a minor between the age of 3-12 at time of prize award, their parent or legal guardian) will be required to sign, have witnessed and return a Guest Liability and Publicity Release by the time specified. Prize is for up to two adults and up to two minor children between the ages of 3-12 at time of prize award. At least one (1) guest accompanying winner on the Grand prize must be the minor child or legal ward of winner, or else prize will be forfeited. The winner and their child may be accompanied by an additional minor provided winner has the the express written consent of such minor’s parent/legal guardian to participate in the Grand prize, as evidenced by a fully executed Guest Liability and Publicity Release from their parent/guardian. Winner will be required to provide pre-approved social media commentary during prize experience as follows: at least one (1) post on their social media account, and at least (1) story, tagging all Promotion Partner brands and using required hashtags (“Winner Social Posts”), as stated in the Release Documents.
PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):the following prize(s) is/are available to be awarded, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules:
Grand Prize (1): A 4 day/3 night stay for winner and up to three guests (1 additional adult and up to 2 minors between the ages of 3-12 years old) at The Westin® Reserva Conchal (an all-inclusive Golf Resort & Spa) in Costa Rica (awarded as a hotel voucher) (ARV: $2,875); Visa® gift cards totaling $1,500 for winner which may be used to offset the cost of travel; a $250 CAMP® gift card for winner; and a $250 Walgreens® gift card for winner. IMPORTANT NOTICE:GRAND PRIZE ARRANGEMENTS ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF WINNER. Winner acknowledges and agrees that neither Sponsor nor Promotion Entities or their authorized representatives are providers of lodging, carriers of transportation, or insurance providers. Winner and guest(s) must have all current medical inoculations and must comply with the then applicable COVID-19 restrictions and requirements for travel to the jurisdiction selected; failure to provide required information at time of booking will result in forfeiture of prize. Due to the changing nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, additional restrictions or limitations may be initiated or eliminated; neither Sponsor nor the Promotion Entities shall be responsible for any issues or expenses arising therefrom.
No changes will be made to any element(s) of the grand prize once booked. Prize conditions may be added or modified by Sponsor. Sponsor is not responsible for any changes of any element of grand prize, nor are they liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight changes, cancellation or delays, or any other issues. Any unclaimed and/or unused element of the prize, or any element thereof, will remain the property of Sponsor or its designee. Winner is solely responsible for all tips, gratuities, transportation costs, baggage fees, meals and groceries, and all other costs, fees and expenses not specifically stated herein as being included. The restrictions/conditions stated herein are not all-inclusive and the described above may be subject to additional restrictions/conditions, which may be stated in the Declaration (as defined herein), ticketing and/or other travel documents. Other restrictions and conditions may apply in voucher or other documents. Failure to provide required documents will cause prize to be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner if applicable, provided sufficient time exists. Any difference between ARV and actual value of prize or any element thereof will not be awarded as cash or otherwise. Any and all applicable local, state, and federal taxes and all expenses not specifically stated herein are solely the responsibility of winner. Winner(s) is/are advised to seek independent counsel regarding tax implications of their prize winning, if applicable. Only the description, denomination or prize elements stated in these Official Rules is available to be won in the Promotion; in no event will Promotion Entities be responsible to award more than the stated number, or different denomination of prizes herein. Prize(s) awarded assuming sufficient eligible Entries are received. If because of printing, technical, typographical, mechanical or other errors or for any other reason, there are more Codes, Prize Claim Notice or other claims for a prize than prizes offered as stated in these Official Rules, a random drawing will be held among all eligible, non-suspect claimants in such category to award such prize. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY/RELEASE: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Participants and winner(s) agree to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless (“release”) Sponsor, Promotion Partners, other Promotion Entities, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and divisions, and their respective entities, and each of their officers, employees, members, managers, shareholders, successors, assigns, contractors, agents, and representatives, and any Social Media Platform used to facilitate advertising of the Promotion (the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all threatened or actual claims, debts, demands, actions, causes of action, suits, proceedings, judgments, settlements (whether or not litagation is commenced), obligations, damages (including without limitation wrongful death, bodily or personal injury and disability), losses, accounts, reckonings, executions, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees), property damages and any other losses, penalties or fines whatsoever of any kind or nature, whether at law or in equity, known or unknown, asserted or un-asserted, that entrant or winner ever had, now have, or that may arise in the future (“Disputes”) asserted in, arising out of or based upon participation in the Promotion, the Entry or use of the Entry (in whole or in part), participation in any Promotion and/or prize-related activity or inability to participate in (parts thereof), the delivery, acceptance, use, mis-use of a prize or any failure with respect thereto, including but not limited to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, invasion of the rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light (whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory, any act, default, omission, non-compliance, and/or a violation or breach of any agreement, representation, warranty or covenant made herein, or any other agreements by/with entrant, the Promotion Entities, and/or any other party or entity. Without limiting the foregoing, this Promotion is provided "AS IS” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
PUBLICITY RELEASE: By entering and/or accepting a prize, Participants and winners hereby consent, where lawful, to the use (but without obligation) by Sponsor, Walgreens (and their affiliated companies and their respective authorized representatives) of their name, Entry, and all information, image, photographs, videotape, likeness, hometown name, biographical information, voice, as well as any statements made by winner regarding the Promotion and/or Promotion Entities (provided they are true) for publicity, trade, advertising and promotional purposes in all media now known or hereafter developed worldwide, including but not limited to the Internet, Sponsor’s, Walgreen’s and unrelated third parties’ Social Media Platforms, mobile and digital devices, and World Wide Web, without additional compensation, and without the right of review, notification or approval.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Neither Sponsor nor any of the Promotion Entities are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, unintelligible, illegible, misdirected, undelivered, or stolen Entries, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, devices, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website, Social Media platform, or other connections unavailability, inaccessibility or traffic congestion, or miscommunications, or failed equipment, computer, network, telephone, satellite, cable hardware, software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or network, hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, incompatibility, or errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of any information, nor for the failure to capture any such information. Persons who are suspected of fraud, artifice, cheating, tampering with, or abusing any aspect of the Promotion or any element thereof, including but not limited to use of robotics, bots, malware, or other unauthorized devices or participation methods, as solely determined by Sponsor will be disqualified. ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to Participants' or to any other person's computer or (mobile) device related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading or uploading materials from or use of any Social Media platform or Website. Should any portion of the Promotion be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, technical failures or other causes (similar or dissimilar) which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, could corrupt or impair the Promotion or any element thereof including but not limited to its administration, security, fairness or proper play, or submission of Entries or ability to notify a winner, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion, or any element thereof and determine Participants and/or winner(s) from eligible Entries received prior to the action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair by Sponsor in its absolute discretion. FORCE MAJEURE: Promotion Entities shall not be liable to Participants, winner(s), or any other person or entity for failure to execute the Promotion, or any element thereof or supply a prize, or any part thereof, by reason of any act of God, any action(s), regulation(s) order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist act, cyber-attack, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, cancellation or delay of any Store event, closures, epidemic or pandemic, or any similar or dissimilar event beyond their reasonable control.
DISPUTES/ARBITRATION: Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters and disputes relating to this Promotion, including, but not limited to, interpretation and application of these Official Rules. For greater certainty, such matters and disputes are to be resolved in Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Participants waive all rights to jury trial, class-action lawsuit, or class-wide arbitration in connection with these Official Rules, including, without limitation, the Promotion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, for any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Official Rules and/or the Promotion, Participants and Sponsor submit and consent to binding, exclusive arbitration before a neutral one-person arbitrator located in New York City, NY. THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE INTERPRETATION OF ITS TERMS SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK WITHOUT REGARD TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES.
PRIVACY: Participants agree that personal data captured during the registration may be processed, stored, and otherwise used for the purposes and within the context of the Promotion and as permitted by and in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy found at https://camp.com/privacy-policy. By entering, you agree to be contacted by Sponsor (and its authorized representatives) with communications and reminders relating to the Promotion and you also understand your data may be used by Sponsor to verify an entrant’s identity and eligibility to receive a prize, and for prize fulfillment purposes.
