CAMP Monthly Pass

What is the CAMP Monthly Pass?

The CAMP Monthly Pass and gives the passholder unlimited free access for 3 people at a time to CAMP shows at your local CAMP store Monday through Friday for $99 (excluding school holidays. 2025 blackout dates are listed here.)

Currently this pass can only be used at the following CAMP locations:

CAMP 5th Avenue (NYC) CAMP Philadelphia CAMP Atlanta

How do I use my CAMP Monthly Pass?

No need to book tickets online- just show up for any eligible time slot! See date restrictions per store here.

Please be sure to check in with a Counselor and provide the email address attached to your pass(es) when you arrive.

Note that all attendees without an active pass will need a ticket to enter, and those tickets are subject to capacity limitations. We highly recommend booking tickets for visitors without a pass ahead of time on camp.com!

When can I use my CAMP Monthly Pass?

CAMP Monthly Passes can be used on weekday (M-F) shows at CAMP 5th Avenue (NYC), CAMP Philadelphia and CAMP Atlanta. No reservation is required for passholders.

We do not guarantee that every weekday will have showtimes scheduled. Please check camp.com to see schedules for each show before coming to CAMP. Passes can only be used on General Admission or Sensory Friendly ticket slots.

CAMP Monthly Passes cannot be used during public school holidays in each store's metro area. The list of blackout dates for 2025 can be found here.

How do I purchase a CAMP Monthly Pass?

CAMP Monthly Passes can only be purchased here.

For how long will my CAMP Monthly Pass be active?

The CAMP Monthly Pass is active for (you guessed it!) one month. At the end of each month, if no action is taken by the passholder, the Pass with automatically renew for another month and the passholder will be charged $99. If you’d like to opt out of auto-renew, sign in here to pause or cancel your Monthly Pass.

How do I pause or cancel my CAMP Monthly Pass?

You can pause or cancel your membership at any time by visiting your subscription page, which is located in your CAMP Monthly Pass order confirmation email. This is also available at this link. You will still maintain your passholder status through the end of your original billing cycle. For paused membership, the monthly membership will be suspended after the current one-month period and won’t restart until you manually unpause. Canceling a pass is not reversible and, if the member would like to reactivate their pass after cancellation, they will need to purchase a new pass at the current rate.

I don’t remember which email address I used to purchase my CAMP Monthly Pass

No worries! First, search your email inboxes for “CAMP Monthly Pass” to find your confirmation and/or welcome email. If you still can’t confirm the correct email address, reach out to our Customer Service team at hi@camp.com or ask a Counselor in-store for assistance!

Can I update the email address attached to my CAMP Monthly Pass?

At this time, we are not able to change or alter the email address attached to a CAMP Monthly Pass. If you need to change the associated email address, we recommend canceling your current pass and purchasing a new one with using your preferred email address.

Can I buy a CAMP Monthly Pass at a CAMP store?

All CAMP Monthly Pass purchases must be completed on camp.com; however, you can look for signage in our CAMP stores to scan a QR code and quickly purchase a pass on your mobile device!

Can I transfer a CAMP Monthly Pass to someone else?

At this time, we are not able to transfer a CAMP Monthly Pass to another CAMPer.

Can I buy multiple CAMP Monthly Passes?

Yes! Each pass admits up to 3 people per eligible time slot. There is no limit on number of passes purchased.
