Celebrations at CAMP

What is included in a CAMP party package?

1. A dedicated party Counselor

2. Facilitated games, a dance party, and crafting or the show!

3. Time for birthday cake, a photo opp, and singing Happy Birthday, of course!

Depending on your CAMP location, your party may include:

  • One signature craft kit per CAMPer (e.g. slime, painting, etc), at eligible locations

  • Tickets for your group to experience our immersive show

  • Free playtime in the store before or after your party, at eligible locations

May I add additional time?

The duration of our basic party is 90 minutes, which includes time for a treat. If you would like to bring in your own food, we recommend adding an additional 30 minutes of private CAMPitheatre or party room access.

How do I book a party?

Step 1: Fill out the inquiry form for your preferred location at CAMP.com/celebrate and let us know the date and time you want to party!

Step 2: Once you have requested a date, a CAMP Celebrations team member will reply within 48 -72 hours and notify you if your preferred date/ time is available, and if not, we'll help you find a different time to celebrate!

We can hold your party date for up to one week without a deposit while we answer your questions and discuss your party details! After that, we ask for full payment to finalize your party booking and lock the date in our calendar.

What is your cancellation policy?

All party packages and tickets are non-refundable. Rescheduling your party without a fee is possible 21 days in advance of your event. Within 21 days, a 20% administration fee for any rescheduling requests will be applied.

What crafts are available?

Craft Parties: CAMPers can choose from a wide variety of craft options, including ceramics, slime, and friendship bracelets! If you would like to theme your craft to align with your CAMPer’s interests, just let us know and with enough lead time, we can offer some fun ideas.

At select locations, we offer additional birthday party crafts, like our Splatter Room and Spin Art!

Show Parties: For CAMP locations with shows, tickets to the show replace the crafting time. Some locations have the option to add on a craft. Please fill out the inquiry form to learn more about this option.

What type of decorations should I bring?

The simpler, the better! Disposable tablecloths, a small sign or banner, and themed plates and cutlery are perfect. Balloons are allowed at some locations, but must be weighted down. We cannot permit balloon arches or sculptures.

Can we bring food?

Yes! Food is permitted CAMP birthday parties, but we cannot allow any chafing dishes with active flame canisters. Other than that, you are welcome to bring whatever the birthday kiddo likes! Please inquire with your CAMP party planner on local recommendations and delivery restrictions for each location.

Do you have a refrigerator or freezer to store my cake?

Due to food handling restrictions, we are unable to store personal food items in our refrigerators.

Do you provide plates, napkins, and cutlery?

Yes, we have basic cutlery and tableware available for our parties.

Do the parents of child guests have to stay for the party?

Our parties are not drop-off experiences. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children during their entire time at CAMP. All CAMP activities, shows and events, including birthday parties, are designed to be enjoyed by the entire family. Please inquire with your CAMP party planner on what adult to child ratio is required based on the age of child guests. This is to ensure safety which is our top priority!

What is the difference between a buyout and a general admission party?

A general admission party means other paying customers will be enjoying the show or experience alongside you. Your party room will be private to you and your guests.

A buyout party means we will close the show or experience for all of (or a portion of) your party so your guests have full, private access to all that store experience has to offer.
