To ensure the best experience for our guests, tickets are limited for reasons of space, staffing, and safety. If you need to reschedule or change your reservation, please click the “Your Reservation” link in your ticket email, then tap “Modify Reservation” at least 2 hours before showtime and you will be able modify your tickets for a standard $20 fee per reservation. Please note that tickets must be available at the desired time in order to reschedule.
CAMP will not be able to honor reschedule requests made less than 2 hours before showtime.

If you arrive late, we will do our best to get you in as quickly as possible. However, there may be a prolonged wait and admittance is not guaranteed. Guests who arrive on time will be let in first, followed by any latecomers already in our queue.
If we are sold out or have no available showtimes, we can still admit you up to 5 minutes after your entry time, though you may not have the full length of the experience.
We strongly advise arriving 10-15 minutes early, and choosing a time that suits you and your family.
Our tickets are emailed immediately after purchase, and are sent from hi@camp.com. In some cases, we find they may be routed to spam, junk, or promotions folders.
If checking out with Paypal, Apple Pay, or Shop Pay, the default email address for these payment methods is typically used.
If you’ve checked in these areas and still don’t see your tickets, please please contact us at hi@camp.com and we will help you locate those tickets.
Prices for ticketed experiences may change based on day, time, and availability. If you are planning to attend in a group, we recommend purchasing all your tickets together. For the latest pricing and availability, we recommend visiting the experience page for your desired location and inputting the quantity of tickets needed.
You can buy your tickets at a CAMP store if tickets are available. However, tickets frequently sell out, especially during peak times, so we recommend reserving your spot in advance on our website! We will not be able to overbook a sold out show time.
Unless otherwise noted during checkout, children under 2 years old can enjoy free entry with a parent or caregiver to our ticketed themed experiences.

Yes, CAMP tickets make great gifts! So long as the gift recipient has the QR code that is emailed after purchase, they'll be able to enter the experience without any issue.
