Why can I no longer shop for merchandise on camp.com?

We’re taking a little break from selling our merchandise on camp.com while we move to a new warehouse. We plan to be back soon!

In the meantime:

Looking to gift CAMP? You can purchase a gift card here that can be used for ticket purchases and in-store shopping.

Want to show your CAMP love? We invite you to purchase a ticket to one of our shows or events at your nearest CAMP location on camp.com!

Just looking to shop? We have lots of hand-selected merchandise available when you visit CAMP IRL at our 8 locations across the US. We hope to see you soon!

*Please note that any orders that are already in progress will be fulfilled and any returns will be honored per our Return Policy.

Are there limits to the number of items you can buy online?

So that everyone may have the opportunity to purchase popular items, we occasionally limit the quantity an individual and/or household may purchase, identified considering a number of factors, including but not limited to whether the orders are:

  • purchased using the same credit card

  • purchased using the same email address

  • shipped to the same address

  • placed with the same billing address

  • purchased using the same phone number

  • placed from the same IP and/or mobile device

What is CAMP's website disclaimer?

While we make every effort to ensure that all information displayed on camp.com is correct, occasionally the image of an item, its description or available quantities may appear different online than in actuality. In our commitment to provide you with the best possible service, we will inform you of any known discrepancies when you place your order or as quickly as possible thereafter. We reserve the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time due to system or typographical error, fraud or other unforeseen problems, and to change prices at any time.

A pre-order item is included in my order. When will the order ship?

If a future date is listed on the page of the item, that will be the approximate date of shipping. Note that all CAMP orders ship in full per fulfillment location. In scenarios where your order contains customized and non-customized merchandise, they ship from separate locations

Can I include a gift message with my order?

Yes! At check out, you’ll have the option to add a message with your purchase at no additional cost. This will be printed on the packing included in the shipment. Additionally, no prices are shown on the packing slip.

How do I return an item I received as a gift?

We accept returns of merchandise in its original packaging or in unworn condition within 30 days following the original purchase date if proof of purchase is provided (such as the packing slip included in shipping).

If you're the gift recipient, we'll process your refund as a CAMP Gift Card after we receive your return. If you're the gift giver, you can receive a refund to the original payment method.

My Shop mobile app displays my order status as "partially delivered" but I've received all items. Is this a mistake?

Certain orders include items that CAMP does not track inventory which may result in an order status of "partially fulfilled." If you have received every item from your order, you can consider your order fully fulfilled regardless of label in the Shop app.

My tracking shows delivered, but I don’t have my package.

In some cases, packages may be marked as delivered up to 48 hours before arrival. If you still haven't received your package, please contact us within 30 days of expected delivery and we'll do everything we can to help.
