What is the Top Bunk Membership?

The Top Bunk Membership is an annual membership available to all of our customers. For a recurring yearly fee of $49, members will gain access to premium perks (and a few surprises!)

How do I use my Top Bunk perks?

Top Bunk member benefits are automatically unlocked when shopping for eligible merchandise or show tickets on camp.com. Look for the “Already a member? Log In” text in the cart or when buying tickets to log in and verify your membership status. Make sure you use the email you used to purchase the membership.

If you’re visiting a CAMP store in person, simply let the Counselor know at checkout that you’re a Top Bunk member and provide your membership email address.

How do I become a Top Bunk member?

A Top Bunk Membership can be added either from the CAMP.com cart for merchandise-only purchases or on the show pages if you’re buying tickets. You can also buy the membership on its own here.

For how long will my benefits be active?

Benefits will be available to you for a one-year period, after which your membership will auto-renew and the card used for your original purchase will be charged. If you’d like to opt out of auto-renew, sign in here to pause or cancel your membership.

I purchased a membership, but when I log in, my benefits are not being applied.

First, double-check that the email address you used to log in was the one you used to buy your membership. If it’s not, please log out and log in again with the correct email address. If you’re not sure what email address you used to buy your membership, you can reach out to customer service to confirm.

If you confirm that your email address is correct but are still not seeing the benefits you expect applied, please confirm that your purchase is eligible for benefits: for CAMP experience ticket purchases, confirm that you have selected 4 or more tickets to receive a free ticket and/or that you have merchandise add-ons selected that are eligible for the 15% discount selected for your reservation. Eligible add-on merchandise will be marked accordingly on the selection screen.

For CAMP merchandise-only purchases, confirm that you have items in your merchandise cart that are eligible for the 15% discount. Eligible items will be labeled with “This item is eligible for membership discount.”

What are the benefits of a Top Bunk Membership?

  • 15% off most CAMP merchandise. Some brand exclusions apply. All items that are eligible will be labeled in the cart. To obtain a list of the current exclusions, reach out to customer service at hi@camp.com.

  • Free upgrade for all CAMP experience reservations to flex tickets. This means you can reschedule up to 2 hours before show time.

  • Free standard shipping on all merchandise where available.

  • Buy 4+ tickets in a single reservation for a CAMP Experience and get 1 of those tickets free.

How do I pause or cancel my membership?

You can pause or cancel your membership at any time by visiting your subscription page, which is located in your Membership order confirmation email. This is also available at this link. You will still receive all of your benefits through the end of your original billing cycle. For paused membership, the annual membership will be suspended after the current one-year period and won’t restart until you manually unpause. Canceling a membership is not reversible and, if the member would like to reactivate their membership after cancellation, they will need to purchase a new membership at the current rate.

How do I use my Top Bunk member benefits at a CAMP store?

If you’re visiting a CAMP store in person, simply let the Counselor know when you check out that you’re a Top Bunk member and provide your membership email address.

How do I use my Top Bunk member benefits on camp.com?

Top Bunk member benefits are automatically unlocked when shopping for eligible merchandise or tickets on camp.com when you’re logged in.

For merchandise orders, simply look for the “Already a member? Log In” text to sign in with your member email on the cart page. 

For ticket purchases, look for the “Already a member? Log In” text right above where you select your ticket quantity for any experience.

Once you log in and your member status is verified, there's nothing else you need to do!

I don’t remember which email address I used to purchase my membership.

No worries! First, search your email inboxes for “CAMP Membership” to find your confirmation email. If you still can’t confirm the correct email address, reach out to our Customer Service team at hi@camp.com who would be happy to help.

How does the Member upgrade to flexible tickets work?

Any reservation made under an email address with an active membership will automatically have free rescheduling enabled on the customer’s My Reservation page up to 2 hours before the start date and time. Simply view your reservation by tapping the link in your ticket email and look for the “Reschedule My Reservation” button on this page to reschedule. Note that specific dates/times for reschedules are subject to capacity availability and are not guaranteed.

Is there any limit to the number of times I can reschedule?

So long as we have show capacity available in your new desired slot and you reschedule at least 2 hours in advance, there is no limit to the number of times you can reschedule.

Is there a minimum order value for free standard shipping with a Top Bunk Membership?

There is no minimum for free standard shipping, however, this benefit will only apply when the entirety of the cart contents is eligible for standard shipping. For example, items under $15 may require a cart value of $30 or more to ship.

Can I use multiple discounts on my order?

While CAMP discounts do not stack, you will always receive the most favorable qualifying discount value for your purchase.

Can I buy a Top Bunk membership at a CAMP store?

All Top Bunk membership purchases must be completed on camp.com; however, you can look for signage in our CAMP stores to scan a QR code and quickly purchase a membership on your mobile device!

Can I buy a Top Bunk membership as a gift?

We currently do not support gifting membership, however, we invite you to purchase a $50 gift card to allow your loved ones to purchase their own membership!
